Enveloping Web The web of the empress katroome wraps creatures into a cocoon. The target becomes immobilized and slowed 1 while it's enveloped in a cocoon (DC 28 to Escape). The web has Hardness 10 and 20 Hit Points. It has resistance 5 to bludgeoning and piercing and weakness 5 to slashing. At the end of the target's turn, if it has yet to Escape from enveloping web, the web grows, increasing the slowed value by 1, to a maximum of slowed 3. The katroome can envelop up to three creatures at a time.Glittering Scales [two-actions] Frequency once per minute; Effect The katroome flaps its wings of prismatic scales. All creatures within a 30-foot cone takes 9d6 piercing damage with a DC 28 basic Reflex save. On a failure, the creature is also dazzled for 1 minute, or blinded on a critical failure.
