Losko

Smith Losko once lived in this chamber, splitting the southern half of the room into an office where he held meetings and the northern half into his personal chambers. Losko remains here to this day, but his life is long over—he now exists as little more than a skeleton draped with a heavy leather work apron, his spirit bound to his bones as long as his nemesis, Erissa, exists.

If a PC visibly wears this essence charm, Losko must succeed at a DC 18 Will save at the start of his turn. On a failure, he accuses the charm's wearer of being Erissa's stooge and threatens them with all manner of torment, spending enough time ranting that he becomes slowed 1 until he can no longer see the charm.
