The land beneath the building breaks away, lifting the structure up to half a mile off the ground.
You can repeat this ritual on an existing cloudborne haven to maneuver it. When you maneuver it, the structure floats at the rate of 10 miles per hour in a straight line in the direction you specify (including up, down, any cardinal directions, and angled combinations). You can also direct it to land. When performing the ritual this way, you can end the ritual early. When the ritual ends, the cloudborne haven is anchored in place.
This ritual does not impart protection against the weather, altitude, or vacuum of space (if you command it to rise too high).
Critical Success The duration is unlimited.
Success The duration lasts for 1 year.
Failure The structure fails to float upward as the ritual fails.
Critical Failure The building rises a dozen feet before falling to the ground, damaging the structure and injuring its inhabitants.
Heightened (9th) You target an area containing multiple buildings up to 1 mile by 1 mile. The cost of the required keystone increases to 22,000 gp.
Heightened (10th) You target an area up to 5 miles by 5 miles. The cost of the required keystone increases to 100,000 gp.
