You call forth a crucible of molten iron that pours over the target, burning them as the metal quickly covers and encases their body. The target must attempt a Reflex save.
Critical Success The target is unaffected.
Success The target's head is encased in iron, causing them to be dazzled for 1 round and take 1d10 persistent fire damage.
Failure The target's head, arms, and chest are all encased. The target is dazzled and enfeebled 1 for 1 minute or until they Escape. They also take 1d10 persistent fire damage.
Critical Failure The target's legs and feet are also encased. The target is dazzled, enfeebled 2, and immobilized for 1 minute or until they Escape. They also take 1d10 persistent fire damage.
Heightened (+2) The persistent fire damage increases by 1d10.
