As the rain dissipates, the ground is littered with hundreds of knives, creating difficult terrain that lasts for the duration of the spell. Any creature that's within the difficult terrain can Interact to pick up one of the knives and wield it as a mundane dagger.
Heightened (+1) The piercing damage increases by 2d4, and the persistent bleed damage increases by 1.
