Your bones harmlessly puncture the skin of one arm, growing to form a hardened spiked gauntlet that can be used for both offense and defense. Make a melee spell attack against a target’s AC, dealing 5d8 piercing damage and 1d8 persistent bleed damage (double damage on a critical hit). You gain a +1 circumstance bonus to your AC for the duration, as you deflect attacks with the gauntlet.
Heightened (+2) The initial damage increases by 2d8 and persistent bleed damage increases by 1d8.
