Requirements You’re wielding two melee weapons in different hands or a melee weapon in one hand and nothing in your other hand.
A magical force echo of your weapon flies out to attack a foe. Make a melee Strike with a weapon you’re holding, except that your target can be anywhere within 15 feet and any physical damage the weapon would deal is force damage instead. If this Strike targets a creature you haven’t attacked yet this turn, its multiple attack penalty is –4 if it’s your second attack this turn (–3 if you’re using an agile weapon) or –8 if it’s your third or further Strike (–6 with an agile weapon).
