You release a plague of terrible undead mosquitoes over a massive area that exposes creatures to their necrotic blood disease. A creature that enters or starts its turn in the area takes 1 void damage and must attempt a Fortitude saving throw.
Critical Success The creature is unaffected.
Success The target is afflicted with necrotic blood at stage 1. It automatically recovers from the disease after 1 round, except that any sickened condition it has remains.
Failure The target is afflicted with necrotic blood at stage 1.
Critical Failure The target is afflicted with necrotic blood at stage 2.
Necrotic Blood (disease, thrall) Level 18; If an afflicted creature dies, you create a thrall in its space of the same size as the creature; Maximum Duration 6 rounds; Stage 1 3d10 void damage, sickened 1, and the creature gains weakness 5 to bleed damage (1 round); Stage 2 4d10 void damage, sickened 2, and the creature gains weakness 10 to bleed damage; Stage 3 5d10 void damage, sickened 3, and the creature gains weakness 20 to bleed damage (1 round)
