You know exactly how to handle a stick-in-the-mud. The target must attempt a Fortitude save as you transform it into a tree. There must be enough room to turn the target into a Large tree, or the spell fails.
Critical SuccessThe target is unaffected.
FailureThe target’s body stiffens, becoming a Large adult tree (as one with plants) for 1 minute. The target can attempt another save at the end of each of its turns.
Critical FailureAs failure, except the target is a tree for 1 hour and can’t attempt additional saves.
