Archives of Nethys
Source Feybound pg. 45
Traditions arcane, divine, occult, primal
Range 30 feet; Targets 1 humanoid creature
Defense Will; Duration varies
If someone acts like a toad in your presence, it doesn’t go unpunished. With a wiggle of your fingers, you transform your target into a common toad, leaving it hopping around. The target must attempt a Will save. You can Dismiss this spell.
Critical SuccessThe target is unaffected.
SuccessThe target’s insides churn. It is sickened 1 and drops anything it’s holding.
FailureThe target turns into a Tiny harmless toad for 1 minute, with the effects of pest form. Any items it was holding fall into an adjacent space. The target can concentrate on its original form as a 3-action activity, attempting a new Will save to end the effect immediately.
Critical FailureAs failure, but the duration is a year and a day or until you Dismiss the spell, whichever comes first. The target can’t attempt to regain its original form by concentrating.
