Granted Abilities manual dexterity, speech

Tooth fairies are difficult to work with, as they love mischief more than most fey, and the mischief they love usually involves taking teeth. A tooth fairy familiar expects plenty of opportunities to take teeth, so a life of frequent conflict and combat is perfect for these temperamental fey.

Tooth Tug [one-action]

Manipulate
Source Feybound pg. 13
Frequency once per 10 minutes; Effect The tooth fairy attempts to pull out a tooth from a creature sharing a space with it. The target attempts a Fortitude save against the spell DC or class DC of the familiar's master (whichever is higher).
SuccessThe creature is unaffected.
FailureThe creature takes 1d4 persistent bleed damage. The damage increases to 2d4 at 12th level and 3d4 at 18th level.
Critical FailureAs failure, plus the tooth fairy pulls out one of the target's teeth. If the creature loses a tooth, it takes a –1 status penalty to Charisma-based skill checks and must succeed at a DC 5 flat check to Cast a Spell or the spell is disrupted. Spells with the subtle trait automatically succeed at this flat check.
These effects last for 1 day, or until the stolen tooth is returned and the target regains at least 1 Hit Point.
