PFS StandardForge New Word Feat 20

Runesmith
Source Impossible Magic pg. 53

At the pinnacle of your art, you have forged a new great rune of power, a new ideal expression or utterance to be added to the craft. You create a rune and add it to your runic repertoire. When you gain this feat, choose a spell of 4th rank or lower. It must be common, or you must otherwise have access to it. The spell must take 1 or 2 actions to cast. You can choose a variable action spell, deciding when you create the rune whether the rune uses the 1-action or 2-action version of the spell. Name your rune. This rune has the unique trait and a magical trait of your choosing (arcane, divine, occult, or primal).

This rune can be drawn on a creature or object, regardless of what the spell can target. When invoked, this rune has the effect of the chosen spell. The rune-bearer is the point of origin for the spell’s effect; calculate range and cover from its space. If the spell has targets, you decide who or what the spell targets, and the rune-bearer is a possible target if your chosen spell can target it. If the spell can affect only you (such as translocate), invoking it affects only you, and has no effect if the rune is drawn anywhere other than on you. If the spell requires a spell attack roll, use your class DC – 10 in place of the spell attack modifier. If your chosen spell has a duration and that duration is longer than 1 minute, the invoked rune’s duration is 1 minute instead.
