Description A swirling portal leads to unwholesome places.
Disable DC 35 Arcana, DC 35 Occultism, or DC 35 Thievery (master); must have studied Carlina’s notes (see page 66)
Warping Journey [reaction] (occult) Trigger A creature passes through the doorway; Effect The creature is pulled apart and reassembled as they pass through multiple dimensions at once. The creature must attempt a DC 30 Will save and disappears for a number of rounds, reappearing at the end of their turn on the final round. Each round at the beginning of their turn, creatures trapped in the doorway must succeed at a DC 32 Fortitude save against a cursed metamorphosis spell as their bodies are warped and rearranged. A creature can pass through each red-tinged doorway only once.

Critical Success The creature disappears for 1 round. Additionally, the creature gains 10 temporary Hit Points for 24 hours. These stack with temporary Hit Points gained from other red-tinged doorways and replenish each day at midnight as long as the creature is within 1 mile of Narona.
Success The creature disappears for 1 round.
Failure The creature disappears for 2 rounds.
Critical Failure The creature disappears for 3 rounds. If the creature critically fails its saving throw against a cursed metamorphosis spell, it’s permanently transformed into an amalgamite.
