PFS StandardCenser

Source Cheliax, Infernal Inheritence pg. 200
Censer implements are vessels in which incense is burned, producing a haze of smoke that often carries a potent odor. Censers, thuribles, and other similar items are routinely used in religious ceremonies and represent practices that alter the atmosphere of a place, usually to drive off unwanted forces. Censer implements are often associated with the harrow suit of stars and the astrological sign of the underworld dragon.

Goblins, especially those of the Chitterwood, have created a kind of censer that is known as a stink torch. Despite its name, a stink torch doesn't give off any illumination when lit, just a haze of acrid smoke.

Initiate Benefit

While you hold your censer, it billows smoke that obscures creatures within the area. You can light or extinguish your censer with a thought once each turn as a free action, which has the concentrate trait. The smoke fills a 10-foot emanation, and all creatures take a –1 circumstance penalty to Perception checks and ranged attack rolls against creatures within the smoke. In addition, you gain the Swing the Censer action.

They must attempt a Fortitude saving throw against your class DC or become sickened 1 (sickened 2 on a critical failure). The target of your Exploit Vulnerability takes a –1 status penalty to this save. This is an inhaled poison effect.
