Uncommon Concentrate Investigator Prediction
Source High Seas pg. 65

Prerequisites Plot the Future
Access member of the Red Mantis assassins

When you use Plot the Future, you can instead contemplate a person that you’ve gotten to observe within 30 feet for at least 1 minute. You deduce places they will habitually be in the next week and what time of day they’ll be there. For each location, you deduce the likelihood that they will be two of the following: alone, unarmed, or unaware. You also gain a piece of advice for each location suggesting a course of action you or your allies could take that might make it more or less likely for them to be in the chosen states. The GM determines the locations the person will visit and when, as well as the likelihood they’ll be alone, unarmed, or unaware.
