Let the Sparks Fly [reaction] (visual) Trigger A non-dottari creature takes damage; Effect Thin Wisps fire off a series of fireworks as they rappel from the eaves on scarves. All creatures in area A must attempt a DC 24 Fortitude save. On a failure, the target is dazzled and deafened until the end of its next turn (or blinded and deafened on a critical failure). The hazard then rolls initiative.
Routine (1 action; visual) The Thin Wisps continue to launch fireworks until the dottari excruciator divisions are defeated. Each round, all creatures must succeed at a DC 24 Fortitude save or be dazzled and deafened for 1 round (or blinded and deafened for 1 round on a critical failure).
