Description Queen Sorshen is a beautiful Thassilonian woman wielding a shimmering guisarme. Her violet eyes are fierce and focused, but the corner of her lips twist up in a small, lopsided smile.
Disable DC 55 Arcana to unravel the energies allowing Sorshen to continue to vex Xanderghul; 4 successes are required to disable the hazard.

Ally of Golarion [reaction] Trigger Xanderghul rolls initiative; Effect Sorshen casts telepathy, allowing her to communicate with the PCs; she can inform them of her options during her routine and follows their advice and requests if given. She then rolls initiative.
Routine (3 actions) On her initiative each round, Sorshen can spend her three actions on any of the following options, following PC suggestions if requested. She cannot use any action from the following list more than once per round.

Aid Ally [one-action] Sorshen uses her magic to empower one of the PCs, granting that PC a +4 circumstance bonus to attack rolls until the start of her next turn.

Dispel Pride [one-action] Sorshen attempts to counteract a magic effect put in place by Xanderghul, with a counteract rank of 9th and a +40 modifier for the roll.

Distracting Presence [one-action] Sorshen uses her power to distract Xanderghul, causing him to lose his resistance to mental damage until the start of her next turn and also to attempt a DC 50 Will save with the following results.
Critical Success Xanderghul takes no further penalty, and is temporarily immune to Distracting Presence for 24 hours.
Success Xanderghul is off-guard until the start of his turn.
Failure Xanderghul is off-guard until the start of Sorshen’s next turn.
Critical Failure As failure, but Xanderghul is also slowed 1 as long as he remains off-guard.

Indulgent Arcana [one-action] Sorshen empowers a PC’s magic, so that the next spell with the mental trait they cast before Sorshen’s next turn increases its save DC and attack roll by 2 and removes the spell’s incapacitation trait, if any.

Sinuous Strike [one-action] Sorshen swings her guisarme, usurping some of Xanderghul’s own power to manifest an illusory duplicate that attempts a guisarme Strike against him.
Melee [one-action] guisarme +44 (magical), Damage 4d10+26 slashing
