Usage drawn on a creature or armor
While many runes emit a faint glow, illumination is the focus of this simple rune. The rune sheds bright light in a 20-foot emanation (and dim light to 40 feet). Creatures in the emanation take a –1 item penalty to Stealth checks.
Invocation
Each creature in the light must succeed at a Fortitude save against your class DC or be dazzled for 1 round. The light fades, but the target still sheds dim light in a 20-foot emanation for 1 round.
