Usage drawn on a rune that deals damage
This diacritic surrounds a rune with outward-facing arrows to magnify and direct power outward. When the base rune is invoked, the rune-bearer is affected by it as usual, and each other creature in a 15-foot emanation around the rune-bearer also takes the damage and other effects from the base rune (and can attempt a saving throw if possible). An individual creature can be affected by the rune only once, even if the rune could normally affect more creatures than just the rune-bearer.
