Usage drawn on a rune that deals damage and doesn't have the death or void trait
This diacritic frames a rune with soft curves that mitigate its deadlier effects but make them harder to resist. When the base rune is invoked, it has the nonlethal trait, but the rune-bearer takes a –1 status penalty to any saving throw.
