Usage drawn on a rune
This whirling diacritic recirculates the magic of the base rune onto another creature. After the base rune is invoked, it automatically traces itself on a different target of your choice within 15 feet of the original rune-bearer.
Special You can have only one copy of per-, diacritic rune of continuum applied at a given time, and once you invoke it, you can't etch or trace it again for 10 minutes.
