Originating from Thalassic script, this wavy rune is popular with iruxi practitioners of rune magic who want to easily traverse their watery environs. The rune-bearer can breathe underwater and gains a swim Speed equal to its land Speed or 30 feet, whichever is greater. Its melee Strikes don't take the usual circumstance penalty for passing through water.
Invocation
The rune's power pushes the bearer forward in a surprising surge of speed. The rune-bearer can Swim up to 60 feet as a free action, and this movement doesn't trigger reactions.
