Usage drawn on a creature
A ring of dotted circles, this rune allows a creature marked with it to see all. The target is affected by see the unseen and gains all-around vision, which prevents it from being flanked.

Invocation

The eyes of the rune fly outwards, attaching to all creatures in a 20-foot emanation. A creature with an eye attached to it that would be invisible is concealed instead, and one that would be concealed for any other reason is not concealed. This effect lasts for 2 rounds.
