Usage drawn on a creature
This awe-inspiring rune of pointed curves is rumored to have been part of the magic that alghollthus used to call down the meteoroids of the Earthfall cataclysm. The rune-bearer senses a foreboding shadow overhead and that something terrible is about to happen. This dread is contagious. The rune-bearer becomes doomed 1, and its allies that begin their turn adjacent to the rune-bearer also become doomed 1 for 1 round. Each creature doomed this way takes 10 mental damage the first time each round it attempts an attack roll or skill check.
Invocation
(fire) The rune calls a meteorite down on the rune-bearer, fulfilling its terrible promise. Each creature in a 10-foot burst centered on a corner in the rune-bearer's space takes 3d10 bludgeoning damage with a basic Reflex save. Then, each creature within a 40-foot burst centered on that same corner takes 8d6 fire damage, also with a basic Reflex save. This invocation has the death trait for doomed creatures.
