Access You’re a member of the Order of the Torrent.
The Order of the Torrent works to rescue kidnapped people, and their cobalt blue badge can often open doors that would otherwise be closed. When wearing this badge, you gain a +1 item bonus to Survival and Diplomacy checks to Track or Gather Information about a missing person.

Activate—Modus Operandi [one-action] (concentrate); Frequency once per day; Requirements A kidnapping occurred within 15 feet of your location, or you have some information about the target or perpetrators of a kidnapping; Effect You attempt to Recall Knowledge about those who perpetrated the kidnapping, the information supernaturally surfacing in your mind. The GM determines what skill and DC to use for this check based on the level and nature of the perpetrators (usually a Society check at a standard DC for the perpetrator’s level). In addition, if you fail to Recall Knowledge about the kidnapper (but don’t critically fail), you eliminate one false lead about the kidnapper or how they abducted the target. For instance, you might determine that an incorporeal undead wasn’t involved, though you gain no other information about what happened. The mark can’t provide specific identifying information about the perpetrators, like their name or location.
