PFS StandardCall Sprite Swarm [two-actions] Feat 17

Polymorph Primal Sprite
Source Feybound pg. 85

Frequency once per day

You erupt into a swarm of even tinier bodies or call up hidden compatriots from nearby, rallying countless sprites to a common cause. You become a swarm, returning to your normal form after 1 minute or by Dismissing the effect. While you’re a swarm, you’re immune to the grabbed, prone, and restrained conditions, you have resistance 15 to slashing and piercing damage, and you have weakness 15 to area and splash damage. Your size becomes Large, you can occupy the same space as other creatures, and you can fit through any space a Tiny creature could. You can’t speak, cast spells, use manipulate actions requiring your hands, activate your magic items, or make any of your Strikes with your normal body.

While you’re a swarm, you can use a 2-action activity, which has the concentrate trait, to swarm over each creature that shares your space, dealing 8d6 piercing damage with a basic Reflex save against the higher of your class DC or your spell DC.

Traits

Polymorph:

These effects transform the target into a new form. A target can't be under the effect of more than one polymorph effect at a time. If it comes under the effect of a second polymorph effect, the second polymorph effect attempts to counteract the first. If it succeeds, it takes effect, and if it fails, the spell has no effect on that target. Any Strikes specifically granted by a polymorph effect are magical. Unless otherwise stated, polymorph spells don't allow the target to take on the appearance of a specific individual creature.

If you take on a battle form with a polymorph spell, the special statistics can be adjusted only by circumstance bonuses, status bonuses, and penalties. Unless otherwise noted, the battle form prevents you from casting spells, speaking, and using most manipulate actions that require hands. (If there's doubt about whether you can use an action, the GM decides.) Your gear is absorbed into you; the constant abilities of your gear still function, but you can't activate any items. You lose your Speeds and gain those of the battle form. If a polymorph effect causes you to increase in size, you must have space to expand into or the effect is disrupted.

Primal:

This magic comes from the primal tradition, connecting to the natural world and instinct. Anything with this trait is magical.

A creature with this trait is primarily constituted of or has a strong connection to primal magic.

Sprite:

A family of diminutive winged fey with a strong connection to primal magic.
