There is a Legacy version here.

Melixie

Melixies are hyperactive insect sprites with legendary sweet tooths, capable of gulping down honey, nectar, sugar, and other sweets in alarming quantities. Melixies have antennae and additional insect features that typically resemble those of bees but sometimes butterflies, moths, ladybugs, or other beetles. Melixies live in a pattern of rapid sweets consumption, incredible productivity in tasks of all sorts, and then a crash to sleep it all off and start again. In their spare time, they love to dance, and some learn a dancelike sign language called Melipatter, allowing them to communicate a full range of information through movement.

Sidebar - Additional Lore Miniature Desserts

While most melixies gobble up any sweets they find, those who can resist eating the raw ingredients for long enough learn to use them to create incredibly small desserts in a startling variety of styles and flavors. Some members of larger ancestries enjoy the way that a tray of melixie desserts allows them to experience so many different flavors before becoming full.

Sprite

Source Monster Core pg. 322
Elusive, flighty, and ebullient, sprites are what many villagers first imagine when they hear the terms “fey” or “fairy.” While their dispositions vary, all sprites share a connection to magic and a diminutive size. This family of fey shares its name with its slightest and most populous member, the common sprite.

Sidebar - Additional Lore Sprite Pranks

Sprite pranks tend to be kind-hearted in nature; they might use their abilities to embarrass a braggart or to trick them into a convoluted scheme to help someone notice an admirer who has been there for them all along. Their plans are often half-baked; sprites' mercurial nature means they can easily become distracted by something new before following through on a previous plan.
