PFS StandardScylla

As feared as they are elusive, scyllas use illusions and mental abilities to lure ships to their doom. These intelligent, nightmarish aberrations take the form of beautiful humanoids with canine heads lining their waists and writhing tentacles for legs. They lurk along major shipping lanes, on the sharp rocks, or in the murky depths of narrow sea passages as they wait patiently for their next catch.

Fortunate Flora And Fauna

Contrary to what many assume, a devastation or lack of sea life isn't a sign of nearby scyllas. In fact, it's often a sign of the opposite. Once found, scyllas are significant deterrents to most sailors and seafarers who have heard even a rumor of their presence. This lack of intrusion allows sea life in these parts of the ocean to flourish. Reefs, fish, coral, and many other marine flora and fauna will seek out the locations of scyllas to establish their safe homes. The more biodiversity in a location, the more likely to find a scylla, or even larger groups of scyllas, within their depths.
