Dream Builder

As the gods began to work on the First World in earnest, they created a variety of creatures to handle the smaller tasks. Among these are the dream builders, or byjvilis, small fey who resemble elderly humanoids. A byjvili uses powerful dream energies to create structures of any size within the First World, though they can do so only while they're sleeping. As a result, byjvilis are constantly dozing, only committing to long-term rest when shaping the landscape.

Dreambuild A dream builder can conjure a permanent structure or reshape an existing structure within the First World while they sleep. After the dream builder sleeps for at least 8 uninterrupted hours, the changes occur within 100 feet, with a new building harmlessly moving other objects and creatures out of the space it occupies. There’s no limit to the size of a structure or changes a dream builder can make in this way, but more powerful fey can usually negate dreambuilding in their domains.
Sleepwalker A dream builder is never fully asleep. While a dream builder has the unconscious condition but not the dying condition, they can still act. They also don’t fall prone; drop held items; or take the –4 status penalty to AC, Perception, and Reflex saves, though they’re still blinded and off-guard. While unconscious, the dream builder takes a –10-foot status penalty to its Speeds. A dream builder’s magic functions only while they sleep; they can’t cast spells or use magic abilities (except for Sleepy Time) if they’re conscious.
Slumbersight A sleeping dream builder is aware of and detects any conscious creatures within range. The dream builder doesn’t need to attempt a flat check when targeting a creature they detect in this way with a magical effect.

Dream Drop [two-actions] (concentrate, manipulate, primal) Requirements The dream builder is unconscious and not dying; Effect The dream builder quickly dreams up a mass of material falling in a 20-foot burst within 60 feet, choosing to deal either bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage. Each creature in the area takes 4d8 damage with a DC 24 basic Reflex save. The material vanishes immediately afterward.Sleepy Time [two-actions] (mental, primal, sleep) The dream builder falls asleep, gaining the unconscious condition. All other creatures in a 10-foot emanation feel particularly drowsy as well and must attempt a DC 24 Will save against the effects of 5th-rank sleep. Regardless of the result of its save, a creature becomes temporarily immune to the dream builder’s Sleepy Time for 1 minute.Tear Them Down! [three-actions] The dream builder Strides or Flies and makes up to four chisel Strikes against different targets at any points during this movement. The attacks count toward its multiple attack penalty normally, but the penalty doesn’t increase until after Tear Them Down! is complete.

Sidebar - Additional Lore Imperfect Dreamers

While a byjvili has the capacity to dream up a building lacking any imperfections, they tend to leave some rough edges here and there with the structures they create. Most byjvilis like to work with their hands and intentionally leave small portions of a project incomplete to give themselves something to work on once the structure is created.
