This metal canister of explosive compounds is inspired by the blastpack, simplifying the technology for day-to-day use— though only a goblin could say what daily tasks warrant such a tool. Each creature in a 5-foot emanation from you takes the listed fire damage with a basic Reflex save against the listed DC; a creature who fails the save is also knocked prone. Then, you Fly up to the listed Speed and land prone; this movement doesn't trigger reactions.
