Activate [one-action] (manipulate)
This pernicious glitter comes in a variety of colors and is a favorite among soiree attendees who want everyone to know whom they’ve rubbed shoulders with. When activated by tossing it over yourself, the glitter clings to your skin and clothing, giving you an enchanting look. For the next 8 hours, whenever a creature touches you (even just by brushing against you), glitter spreads to that creature. You gain a +1 item bonus to Diplomacy and Intimidation checks against creatures affected by your glitter.
The glitter is easy to notice unless purposefully concealed, but it’s extremely difficult to remove. It persists on you and those you spread it to for 24 hours or until a creature spends 10 minutes cleaning to remove every speck from their person, which ends the effect early.
