This bowl of tasty porridge fills you with warmth as you eat it, soothing sore joints or small scrapes. You immediately feel as though you’ve eaten your fill, regain the listed Hit Points, and gain a status bonus to Reflex saving throws for 10 minutes depending on the type of filling porridge consumed.
In addition to gaining the benefits of the porridge upon eating it, you must attempt a Will save based on the type of porridge consumed. On a failure, you take a –1 item penalty to saves against spells and effects from fey creatures for 24 hours.
