PFS StandardRallying Cry [two-actions] Feat 17

Auditory Hobgoblin
Source Player Core 2 pg. 15
Frequency once per day

You call out to your allies and push them to give their all in combat. All allies in a 30-foot emanation that can hear you gain a number of temporary Hit Points equal to your level. In addition, these allies become quickened for 1 minute but can use the extra action only to Step, Stride, or Strike.

Traits

Auditory:

Auditory actions and effects rely on sound. An action with the auditory trait can be successfully performed only if the creature using the action can speak or otherwise produce the required sounds. A spell or effect with the auditory trait has its effect only if the target can hear it. This applies only to sound-based parts of the effect, as determined by the GM. This is different from a sonic effect, which still affects targets who can’t hear it (such as deaf targets) as long as the effect itself makes sound.

Hobgoblin:

A creature with this trait is a tall, militaristic goblinoid. Hobgoblins tend to have darkvision. An ability with this trait can be used or selected only by hobgoblins. An item with this trait is created and used by hobgoblins.
