concealed, and all creatures outside the storm become concealed to creatures within it. Additionally, creatures in the area of the confetti continually hear the raucous sounds of a party or festival and take a –2 circumstance penalty on Perception checks to hear. The number of actions you spend when Casting this Spell determines its area. You can Dismiss the spell.
