PFS RestrictedNameless (Upon an Empty Throne)

Source Divine Mysteries pg. 320
Nameless is a whisper in the mind, a shadow in the corner of one’s eye, or a sudden noise with no source. They despise all creatures that dare claim sovereignty over others and work to bring down all who rule. Both righteous and the wicked figures of authority are targets for Nameless and their followers. One might point out the hypocrisy of Upon an Empty Throne’s own rise to power, but the tormentor’s wrath is reserved for those who actively seek positions of authority, and they claim their divinity came unbidden to them.

As a god of doubt and torment, Nameless murmurs fear into the ears of rulers, torturing them with insecurity and paranoia. If they find a target particularly vexing, they seed dreams of rebellion and power into the hearts of those who might rise up and destroy that ruler, though this usually creates yet another whose reign Nameless must end. Due to their great burden of stamping out all forms of rule, Upon an Empty Throne welcomes any who seek aid in bringing down local leaders no matter the ethics or morality. Nameless has been behind events ranging from the fall of great civilizations to sudden turns at small-town elections. No amount of governance is too small to escape their displeasure.
