Onos (God of Many Doors)Source Divine Mysteries pg. 302Onos was the Azlanti deity of elements, embassies, and extraplanar travel. Often difficult for mortals to fully understand, the God of Many Doors exists outside of any personality expected by a deity and speaks with its followers in direct and emotionless ways. Priests of Onos do their best to behave in a similar manner. Slow to anger and mild-mannered, priests of Onos often served as mediators in times of conflict.
Onos is one of the few Azlanti gods to have a following that branches far beyond the Azlanti empire. As god of embassies and elements, Onos has several temples and places of worship within the Elemental Planes. These temples often serve as places of hospitality for planar travelers in locations that are less than hospitable.
As a deity of the elements, the people of ancient Azlant believed Onos to be one with the four elements. Onos, however, was always aware of the additional elemental planes of metal and wood. After its disciples began to spread the word of these additional elements, belief and worship of Onos decreased significantly. The people of the Azlanti empire believed in only four elemental planes and found it difficult to change their view. With the recent discovery of the two additional planes of wood and metal, some people in Golarion are returning to a faith in Onos in the hopes of gaining more knowledge about these oft-ignored planes.
