PFS RestrictedCharg (The Typhon Wheel)

Source Divine Mysteries pg. 320
As it is the nature of mortals to destroy themselves, it is the nature of Charg to witness. The Typhon Wheel observes mortal catastrophes with keen interest and strict instruction to their followers to not interfere. Charg believes the decay of civilization and morals is a natural process and interference would be akin to the disruption of an unpolluted ecosystem.

Charg’s affinity for monsters is reflected in their chosen form, a swirling cluster of both monstrous and humanoid heads, limbs, and viscera. Their worshippers are charged to let such creatures run amok unless they directly attack Charg’s followers, wherein the faithful are permitted to intervene. Even in such cases, devotees of Charg must take care to do only the bare minimum to save themselves, lest they affect the lives of others and displease the tormentor.

Charg’s followers take care of only themselves and those they hold close, leaving the wider world to reap what it has sowed. Worshippers are sometimes gifted with visions of calamity as a test of their commitment to indifference. Quietly avoiding disaster without warning others is enough to pass the test but the most faithful accept their fates without protest.
