Those who intentionally pledge themselves to this aspect of Nyarlathotep do so in search of divine inspiration in their pursuit of scientific or magical knowledge, whether or not they understand that the Voice’s blessing manifests in discoveries that accelerate the end of all things. As the Veiled Voice, Nyarlathotep assumes the form of a semi-corporeal humanoid figure cloaked in a dreamlike haze, though he only physically appears this way when necessary; in most cases, he moves invisibly through
the Universe or takes on the form of an authority figure to engender trust in his listeners.
