Nulgreth (The Blood God)Source Divine Mysteries pg. 316Nulgreth is one of the oldest orc deities, and is thought to be the origin of the ferocity that allows
orcs to lash out in battle even when slain. If nothing else, he’s certainly a prime example of that ferocity due to his constant rage and endless bloodlust. One need not worry about him scheming or plotting, just the sharp edge of his axe.
There have been many throughout history who enjoy battle and killing, but the Blood God revels in both the killing and the blood that follows. He drenches his blood-red skin in the blood and entrails of his fallen foes and expects the same from his followers as he directs them to fight all over Golarion. Most of his followers’ ceremonies and celebrations involve blood in some way or another, often after the sacrifice of a prisoner. Nulgreth’s worshippers also like to paint their skin red with blood or dyes.
Though Nulgreth has great skill in battle, other orc deities can find it difficult to work with him, as he bores easily and prefers to solve all problems through violence.
