Liisglan maintains these rules, keeping them contained within their allowed parameters so as to maintain the orderly structure of existence as a whole. If a creature were to suddenly break these rules to become unaffected by gravity or unable to interact with solid objects without some kind of outside influence, it could lead to ultimate disaster. The rules are in place for a reason, and the Forces Within does not suffer any who try to break these rules.
Magic might appear to be something that goes against the exact laws of reality, but even magic has governing rules. The first arbitrator already accounted for the existence of magic in the consideration of maintaining order. Magic, no matter how powerful, is not eternal, and even enormous changes that feel effectively timeless will eventually reach their end. As such, a temporary inversion of gravity or a brief dance with intangibility via magic are permissible. It’s only when one attempts to push magic or reality to points where it is not meant to be that Liisglan acts.
Liisglan sees patterns and sequences in all things, and they push to maintain these whenever possible. The ordered way of things trends toward natural sequences. The existence of these patterns and sequences serves as examples of order remaining intact. Harmonious music is also full of patterns, which pleases Liisglan.
