PFS RestrictedRull (The Thunderer)

Source Divine Mysteries pg. 316
Shortly after orcs arrived on the surface of Golarion, it’s said that Rull challenged thunder to a fight. He climbed a mountain peak during a thunderstorm and yelled out his Deathright to a spirit of lightning. He was struck by a tremendous bolt of lightning on the spot and died. During the ensuing Crucible, Rull claims to have won by consuming the lightning spirit he had challenged, and that it now lives within him and is under his control.

Since Rull’s reign began, lighting strikes in Belkzen haven’t been seen as an act of nature, but either a sign that Rull is unhappy with something or that he’s granting a favor to a follower. As such, the Thunderer’s followers pray to him to bring lightning upon their foes instead of themselves. Similarly, clear weather is seen as a sign of Rull’s disapproval. In times of blue skies, orcs in Belkzen often perform rituals involving copious noise and drumming to bring back the clouds, which block out the painful sun. For a follower of Rull, clouds and rainstorms are the ideal weather.
