Emotion Fear Mental Rogue
Source Advanced Player's Guide pg. 135 2.0
Prerequisites trained in Intimidation

You menace the target, stoking their fears and drawing their attention. Attempt an Intimidation check against the Will DC of a target within 30 feet. If you succeed, for 1 minute, that target gains a +2 status bonus to Perception checks against you, but they take a –2 status penalty to Will saves against fear effects.

This effect alters a creature's emotions. Effects with this trait always have the mental trait as well. Creatures with special training or that have mechanical or artificial intelligence are immune to emotion effects.

Fear effects evoke the emotion of fear. Effects with this trait always have the mental and emotion traits as well.

A mental effect can alter the target's mind. It has no effect on an object or a mindless creature.
